01.01.2023 – CURRENT

TEKFEN (TURKEY - PKN ORLEN OLEFINS EXPANSION PROJECT) Fabrication Material Control Coordinator

The scope of work includes: The Complex will comprise five additional production units: a new large ethylene oxide and glycol plant, a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit (PGH), an ethyl tertiary-butyl ether unit (ETBE), a styrene unit, and a generator unit (SGU). Once completed, Olefins Complex III will additionally increase PKN ORLEN’s capacity to produce other ethylene derivatives, delivering an extra margin and maximising the rate of return.

• Following Piping Pre-Fabrication Work for Orlen Project in TEKFEN Ceyhan Fabrication Facility, which includes all receiving Shipments and Fabrication Material Issuing Reports for Spools. 09. 2019 – 02.2021

TECHNIP (AZERBAIJAN - AZERİKİMYA MODERNİZATİON PROJECT) Smartplant Coordinator / Deputy Warehouse Manager

• In addition to my role as a SmartPlant operator, I have also served as the Deputy Material Department Manager, where I have been responsible for the handover process of surplus materials to the client and for updating and tracking revised isometrics and necessary additional materials on Spmat for the erected areas on site.

04. 2018 – 04.2019

TECHNIP (AZERBAIJAN-AZERİKİMYA MODERNİZATİON PROJECT) Smartplant Operator

The scope of work includes: The modernization of the EP-300 steam cracker with construction of new cracker furnaces licensed by Technip. The installation of a new refinery dry gas treatment unit, new ethylene and propylene storage and related utilities and off-sites facilities.

• Setting up and configuring Spmat for materials, preparing forecast reports for each area, and dispatching piping materials using isometrics. I am skilled in following manual vouchers and maintaining an archive, as well as preparing a traceability report for all certificates for piping materials. 02. 2017 – 02.2018

TECNICAS REUNIDAS (MALAYSIA - PETRONAS RAPİD PROJECT) SPMAT Operator

The scope of work includes: Hydrotreating units, Catalytic Reforming Unit, Hydrogen Production Units, Saturated Gas Plant, interconnection and flare for the Refinery.

• In this project, my first experience as an expat, I worked with SmartPlant and Excel reports to set up and configure Spmat for materials, prepare forecast reports for each area, and dispatch piping materials using isometrics. I also prepared OSDs reports.

04.2015– 01.2017

TSGI INSAAT MUHENDİSLİK AŞ (TURKEY - SOCAR RAFINERY CONSRUCTION PROJECT) SPMAT Supervisor

TSGI is the main contractor for the project and it is a Joint Venture whose partners are Tecnicas Reunidas (Spain), Saipem S.p.A. (Italy), GS (South Korea) and Itochu (Japan).

• I have experience in setting up and configuring Spmat for materials, preparing forecast reports for each area, and dispatching piping materials using isometrics. I am responsible for checking Dispatch Request Slips based on the Bill of Materials in isometric drawings and for preparing daily reports on the status of materials. I also ensure that materials are available for fabrication at the shop as per the spool drawings, and I prepare feasibility reports as needed.

07. 2012 – 12.2014

TECNICAS REUNIDAS (TURKEY - TUPRAS UPGRADE PROJECT) Computer App. Piping Engineer ( SPMAT Operator)

The purpose of the project is to increase the conversion capacity of the Izmit refinery which will enable it to process heavier and high sulphur content crude oils, to reduce the deficit of gas oil in Turkey and to adapt the refining projects to the EU environmental specifications.

• I have experience in dispatching piping, electrical, instrument, and equipment materials using dispatch slips and maintaining their records in an archive. I also update these records manually on SmartPlant and track stock using Excel. I am responsible for archiving and tracking subcontracted dispatch records and for preparing daily reports on the status of materials. I ensure that materials are available for fabrication at the shop as per the detailed spool drawings and prepare Marian Database Reports per area and feasibility reports as needed. Responsible of checking Dispatch request Slip requested by subcontractor based on Bill of Materials in isometric drawings. EDUCATION
