Customer Service Representative - I provided customer service for all retail sales in equipment requests. I demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills in telephone interactions with customers. I insured customer’s questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. I was also responsible for billing practices, including account information and reimbursements. I helped customers who called in for questions on products and helped them make the best choice to fit their needs. I handled accounts receivable and payable with credit billing procedures.

Aircraft Ordinance Mechanic Helper – I was responsible to identify, sort, assemble and verify electrical components for aircrafts. I performed inventory and shelf-life inspection on assets in storage. I processed return items by assuring accurate quantity checks and material inspection. I am proficient with basic math skills and utilized a variety of measuring devices like calibers, gauges, etc. I transported documentation to appropriate areas for the receiving division. After I began in this position, company sales and profits increased.

Materials Handlers Helper – I completed an apprenticeship program during my early years in the shop. I obtained significant experience handling electrical and drivability work issues. I subsequently serviced and repaired fleet vehicles, trucks for trucking companies, and personal vehicles for individual customers. My duties included: machine work, rebuilding gas and diesel engines, rebuilding all sizes of transmissions and drive axels, alignments, body and paint, welding, suspensions, air and hydraulics, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle issues.
