Position Objectives: - (Specific Duties)

Coordinating with U.S. attorneys for immigration process.

Updating & analyzing the visa & educational documents.

Follow ups with Non-U.S Employee regarding their immigration documents.

Maintaining the systematic record of new hires.

Verifying and reviewing the documents provided by Employee.

Reviewing the petition filed for Extension of Status.

Submitting correction request on USCIS portal and Service Centers

Email and chat process with attorneys and employees

Review all collected documents and questionnaires for accuracy and consistency.

Manage tracking of immigration document expiry dates in database and prepare expiry reports to be sent to clients.

Respond to client enquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

Update clients on the progress of their application and assist in providing solutions to any difficulties experienced.

Prepare file status and related reports for review by clients.

Follow-up on pending matters to ensure activities reach a timely conclusion.

Handle a high volume of immigration-related matters.

Develop an informative communication stream with clients to ensure that all enquiries are addressed.

Manage client expectations in terms of processes and application approval times.

To update customers Account & Data Processing.
