Professional summary/ Career Highlights

Responsible, helpful, amicable

While working at Firehouse everyday I did all three skills naturally. One day we was low on staff on a Ole Miss football game and I had to step into shift leader mode. Orders was made properly and fast. I had to do most of the running back and forth which I didn’t have a problem with. It was only two of us but we did excellent at making sure everything was normal. At Firehouse Subs we don’t have a trading position, but I am known as the trainer. I wanted to make sure the new workers comfortable doing the position they were put in and understand the procedures and work. At Firehouse I try to make sure the customers are satisfied especially new ones. I like to get to know customers. At Hampton Inn I was put on the shift by myself after two weeks of being there. Getting them what they need didn’t feel like part of the job It just felt natural. When I get things wrong I accept it and don’t mind being corrected. Walmart rarely have good reviews but she had mention me and mentioned how fast and polite my service was. Core competencies
