Leverage QA background to oversee software test planning, software test project management, and quality process improvements for an internal call center operation.

●Conducted due diligence regarding an expensive middleware technology executives were considering acquiring. Avoided a costly mistake after testing the solution and demonstrating technology did not work in conjunction with the existing technology platform and would be highly problematic.
