I have to prove to these people that the change will be a positive effect on the work environ- ment. Most important during this analysis I have to gain their trust; and that I am there to help them, not make-work more difficult.

Work with Booz Allen and Hamilton and their clients to create a link be- tween MP2 (CMMS) and Archibus for live update with Equipment tables by creating new triggers and procedures.

Working in a food environment there are a lot of considerations in regards to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). There are certain requirements that must be maintained on the equipment on the processing floor or the FDA can shut down a plant. These procedures are all considered when set- ting up the preventative maintenance schedule. In particular the sanitization of the equipment every day.

Review current operating procedures and make recommendations based on the analysis to ConAgra foods to implement Datastream’s MP2 Enterprise solution using a Oracle Database

Work with Plant engineers and maintenance workers to set up Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules by communicating with the plant engineer, maintenance workers, and manufactures of processing equipment.

Test new releases and patches of MP2 for ConAgra foods. Before loading new releases onto the server, I test the patches by exploring the fixes on a separate workstation. Once that is complete I upload the fixes to server/client work stations

Design Security and modify application to fit client’s needs. As the security set up begins I document all the changes that are made and pass that along to the system administrator who is kept abreast of all changes to the software

Full life cycle of MP2 CMMS Including custom report’s using Crystal re- ports. There are a lot of Reports in MP2 however sometimes the clients need special reports by using Crystal we are able to map to the various fields in the tables and set up the information the customer needs.

Data migration and documentation. By linking to the various tables using the ODBC drivers we can extract data modify it and then re import using SQL scripts. Every time I go into the back end of an application I document what I am doing what it was that I changed and pass that along to the system ad- ministrator.

Analysis of current software and make recommendations to implement MP2 and Maximo at various customer sites. Same procedures as above. Working for a large Consulting firm I learned about documenting everything that was done for the various clients.

Document all operating procedures for CMMS applications with some of the users of the software not understanding the application I would provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the users including step-by-step procedures as well as screen shots. Depending on the need.
