Put my experience, professional skills, and my willingness to excel at all I do in a position to allow a
company to benefit during my tenure while allowing me to gain stability and develop new life skills
while serving and assisting others to attain and elevate the company's goals.
During my career as a Founder, Owner, and Operator, I have adapted to changes in the varying rules
and regulations enforced by the transportation industry's various authorities and operated a variety of
class A vehicles from the triplex 18-speed transmission, 10 speeds, 13 speeds, and automatics. I have
adapted from record-keeping in paper logbooks to the newly enforced ELD system as well as the many
changes to the driver’s hours of service rules and regulations.
I have worked on single and multiple load boards simultaneously to achieve a profitable and timesensitive balance of customer service, profit, fuel economy, and safety. While eliminating as many
dead head miles as possible and building a customer base thru on-time pick-ups and deliveries,
controlling product loss thru proper load securement processes, and meeting customers with in legal
and sensible requests. Developed a sales strategy dealing with brokers and agents, identifying the
areas that were profitable and negotiating the bid to ensure the profit margin required to achieve
positive growth.
I have trained hundreds of drivers while in my previous positions, driven over 2 million safe miles, and
received numerous safe driving awards.
My ability to adapt, and overcome and a very strong work ethic have allowed me to continue my
career as a professional driver and I look forward to providing you and your company with many more
years of that same dedication, knowledge, and loyalty.

Technical Support Call Center Manager
Time Warner Cable Call Center - San Antonio, TX
July 1995 to January 2012
When first employed at Time Warner Cable Call Center I was trained as a technical support representative.
My duties included fielding customers calls and resolving technical, billing and services issues over the
phone when possible and if necessary, scheduling a technician service call.
I was promoted to a leadership position as a supervisor after four months as a representative, continuing
my technical support role while developing leadership skills in a call center environment, coaching and
evaluating representatives in skills, technical expertise and customer service.
As my own skills developed and I cross trained in billing, sales, field repairs and advance management,
I applied for and earned a promotion to technical support call center manager after eighteen months.
In the role of technical support call center manager, I was able to assist in the growth of call center
agents in the
areas of product knowledge, customer service skills, personal motivation and self-improvement, as well
as oversight
of eight teams of ten to twelve agents, leads and supervisors.
As manager, I initiated several new concepts to reward the team members for quality of work, customer
retention skills, incentives for advanced technical training completed and tenure bonuses. During this
time the call center agent turnover rate decreased dramatically from 75% to 23%.
I created and enacted a customer self-help program to allow customers of our home internet and VOIP
services to complete a series of technical skills training online from simple troubleshooting of modems,
routers and computers to networking and basic web page building. Completing any or all of these free
online courses awarded the customer a $1.50-$25.00 savings on their monthly services and decreased
call volume to our internet technical support team by 20% in 6 months.
