Researched and innovated efficient grouping algorithms for various domains. Dec 2022 - May 2023

● Conducted extensive research into paper grouping strategies and implemented various clustering algorithms in Python as reported in the literature. Identified and discarded inadequate traditional grouping algorithms such as clustering due to their inherent high complexity in analyzing dissimilarity.

● Designed a dataset-specific grouping algorithm that utilized numerical data for assigning values to options, leveraged both similarity and dissimilarity properties to improve efficiency.

● Initial evaluations confirmed the effectiveness of our novel algorithm across various team sizes and question types. Metrics including the Performance Score t-test (t(df)= value, p < .05), similarity degree, and diversity degree underpinned this conclusion. Visualized results revealed a significant improvement.

● Proficient in compiling and integrating diverse data sources to formalize mathematical algorithms, and effectively organizing them to produce concise and accurate outputs.

Full Stack - Online Retail Store Web Application (Individual) Jan 2023 - Present Developed a full-stack e-commerce application that allows users to conveniently purchase cleaning products.

● Employed Pandas, NumPy, and Excel for data cleaning, resulting in the removal of 37% of invalid data due to duplicates and incomplete records.

● Used Scikit-learn to perform dimensionality reduction techniques such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and computed the Pearson correlation coefficient on the selected attributes to identify the primary factors for correlation analysis.
