I have been involved in project SWAD Sea World Abu Dhabi and have been Reviewing all 3D MEP Co-ordination of all Disciplines as well as Architectural & Structural Coordination against the BEP BIM Execution Plan, comparing previous models from December 8th Submissions to January 13th Models, then between January 13th Models verses January 23rd Models, January 23rd Models verses February 23rd Models, and February 23rd Models with March 16 Models using Revit 2017 & Navis Works Manage 2017. Running Clash Detection and generating Tabulated HTML Navis Reports for the Design managers and project managers of Louis Berger & Miral. The Buildings that I am currently reviewing for SWAD are Abu Dhabi Ocean, Blue World, Endless Ocean, Polar Ocean, Sea of Delight, Support Building and Tropical Ocean. I have identified discrepancies between the AutoCAD Drawings and the Models where there were mismatches for example between alignment of Columns and the Architectural model, also identified the WBS Work Breakdown Structure whether it was in line with the agreed WBS, identified Generic models to models that carried correct attributes and proper Revit Families. Demonstrated LOD Definitions from early Concept Design stage LOD 100 through to LOD 500 demonstrated to Miral Model Stages and discrepancies found in the latest set of models through live conference call meetings, discussions involved with all senior managers from Miral discussing Riba Stage 3 Development and how far PGAV had got with their updated Models.

Task involved to Review all 3D MEP Co-ordination of all Disciplines for 3D Models. Generate 3D Report using DWF Viewer and Louis Berger Template for BMO Multipurpose Building, YIY Building and Building YLY, picked up all clashes and clouded each one for submission to the client, the Revit models were then be updated by incorporating all the comments and sent back to me for further analysis.
