I have 20 plus years of experience in Highly Complex Project Management Office (PMO) Information Technology solutions, which includes 25 years of experience working in the I.T. arena leading cross functional teams. Employer: Scytl, U.S. Elections Division

Role: PMO Manager/Director

Date: July 2014 to November 2017

I assisted in the creation of product requirements and methodologies for the U.S. Division of Scytl. I managed and oversaw the U.S. project management office (creating consistent implementation rules from beginning to end). Delivering projects on time and on budget was the goal. I managed all new client system requirements through completion, including over 100 system functionality enhancements for one client. During my time at Scytl, I also filled the role of senior project manager software implementations. I oversaw any major voter registration projects and processes for Marion County, Florida. I filled a variety of roles for MCI Telecom, from sales support, training, requirement analysis, to account management. In my final role as senior requirement manager, I was responsible for writing all system requirements for internal MCI call center system tools. I conducted business process analysis at call centers to expose system and business process breakdowns and documented all findings which included cost savings, process improvements, and system design. In my former sales positions for the company, I performed pre and post-sales support to customers to resolve any issues, as also trained and educated internal and external customers on how to use the product.
