Role: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyzed the current payroll system and existing time-clock functionality to better understand and map out requirements for the new time-clock integration

Conducted interview sessions with the Time & Attendance team and key stakeholders to gather information on the business processes and user requirements.

Acting as a liaison among the product and IT team to understand the customer demand for new features and new potential markets to move into
