Responsibilities of Farm Maintenance:

• There are 10 greenhouses in the farm approximately 1.5 hectares each.

• In the morning we harvest vegetables like tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and eggplant.

• Sometimes I drive hand tractor in harvesting to transport vegetables to packaging area.

• After harvesting we do packaging to deliver in the market.

• Then we manage or care the plants like cultivating, weeding, and cutting leaves.

• Then clean and collect all the garbage inside the greenhouse

• Sometimes we plant in the nursery for seedling.

Responsibilities of Dairy Farm Maintenance:

• As dairy farm maintenance Everyday at 4 o clock in the morning and 3 oclock in the afternoon we perform manual milking to buffaloes.

• First we assist buffaloes to go in milking area then feeding them.

• Clean the teats with water and towel then proceed to milking.

• After milking the buffaloes, we clean the pens, feeding other buffaloes. Responsibilities of Accounts Officer 1:

1. Initiates "meet-a-mother” activities in selected barangay in preparation for the orientation and fills up the List of Prospective members (LPM) during the orientation meeting.

2. Responsible for adding new members into a group to reach a maximum of 40 members per group. IIandles four(4) groups per day 3. Visits guarantors of new members to build good relations and locate the residence in case of delinquency.

4. Assists UMAO2 in delinquency management

5. Assists UM/AO2 in the orientation of walk-in applicants. 6. Maintains the AO S & L and summary registers

Responsibilities as Project Maintenance Employee/Landscape Gardener : Care for established lawns by aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming & edging flower beds, walks and walls. Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees using hand or spreaders.

Mow and edge lawns using power mower and edges.
