Responsibilities

• Stock receiving protocols as per company's standard.

• (Faulty, Damaged, Expiries, Short Expires, Freshness loose, low quality stock rejection at the spot)

• Article wise checking for its smooth check & balance.

• Stock movement with FIFO Implementation to avoid store losses.

• Cross checking of stock at any level freely.

• RTS, IST approvals with its detail for dispatch and Replacement stock to save the losses timely.

• High value articles verifications with Goods receiver and department as well to fix the issue if found then and there.

• Vehicles incoming verification with documentations and timing as well.

• As per labor law under age restriction to avoid any hurdle.

• Stock execution, proper verification with operation Staff to avoid losses and to maintain inventory.

• Bulk stock Rate reverting process checking.

• Sensitive count of fast moving and high value articles.

• Stock correction verifying with authentic reasons at the time of disposal.

• Cash management with proper company protocols.

• Update of surrounding with security communication.

• Strong Coordinating with Law n forcement agencies to handle critical situation if

• Verifying the security company response, if any emergency occurs. Firefighting equipment updating to use in case of any emergency.

• Firefighting & First aid briefing to employees for use it in emergency.

• Emergency gates connection updates with Fire panel to use in case of requirement. Floor surveillance by staff in civil dress to avoid shop lifting and any mess to maintain peaceful environment.
