SUMMARY

Audrey MBARGA is a PhD holder in Food Sciences and Nutrition with more than 4 years of progressively responsible experiences in the fields of nutrition, food science, marketing, teaching, research, and survey. She has participated in several conferences and seminaries about food science and nutrition in addition Audrey has many scientific publications. She received scholarship from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in order to conduct a research for assessing the nutritional status of patients using atomic energy the research conducted in Morocco precisely at IBN Tofail University. She has a very good command of Microsoft package, SPSS, ODK collect.
