Duties & Responsibilities:
a. To proactive effectively and efficiently for overall maintain work of CRP b. Responsible for all sort of repairing, maintenance work and small-scale construction work of CRP head office and sub-canters.
c. Estimating of new construction work and modify (if needed) of existing facilities d. To prepare Project proposal
e. Planning and implement maintenance works priority basis f. Requisition of materials for any maintenance and new construction works g. In case of any technical problem in CRP, find out the reason problems and try to solve the problem

To communicate, coordinate and cooperate with all divisions/departments and provide maintenance support to the concerned divisions/departments in time as per need m. To supervise of all Engineers of head office including sub-centres, Store keeper (Maintenance Department), Electrician, daily labour and check their daily attendance record including annual staff appraisal in time
