From Nov 2009-Oct 2011, Iron making 4MT (Corex) Plant as Junior Engineer in Mechanical Flexowell (vertical conveyor Operation and maintenance) and projects.

• Prevention of equipment breakdown by continuous equipment health analyzing by SPM health analyzer.

• Prepare maintenance schedule for critical equipment.

• Proactively identify areas of obstruction / defects and conducting service and repair to rectify the equipment through application of trouble shooting tools.

• Co-ordination with concerned department (RMHS & BF # 3) to export and import the material according to production strategy.
