During this time, I have been employed in several areas of waste management and other complex engineering applications. In my roles, I was responsible for delivering complete engineering solutions, which involved all aspects of programmed and project management, managing third-party suppliers, environment agency compliance for pollution control, business plans, and sales and operations strategies to deliver the company’s goals. My hazardous waste experience has been gained through hands-on experience over many years. My experience is extensive in providing solutions for the treatment and disposal of waste streams within the oil and gas industry, Clinical waste processing for major hospitals, and thermal desorption for dealing with contaminated land.

Waddington Holdings Limited - Group Technical Director - Nov 2004 to Nov 2005

Waddington Holdings Limited is a family-run company based in the north of England. Their business is processing waste associated with animal by-products. I was appointed as group Technical Director to take a concept created by the company board of directors and turn this into a real sustainable and viable business solution. The concept was to divert 300 thousand tons of household waste from landfill to enable the Metropolitan Council to achieve its European waste management targets. I was solely responsible for the project's scope, which had a total project value of £600 Million.
