Out-Of-The-Box remedy; alter the design process & delivery timetable, expand the resource pools, and streamline the VR process. Train 1 novice and an existing assistant modeler & together both designers, and I delivered all backlogged VR scenes, a scheduled new VR scene, plus one ‘bonus’ scene + a certified the novice, all in 45 days: per the challenge. Could not have done this without the senior and newly certified designers help, the support of AFQAR’s, and the company allowing crazy scheduling, insane overtime, and the liberty to change the rules.
