Search for and source for candidates’ CVs on Pnet, Placement Partner and sometimes LinkedIn for available positions.
Check for candidates’ responses to job ads on company recruitment platform (Placement Partner).
Screen candidate CVs for suitable candidates as per the job specifications for available positions.
Screen candidates over the phone to ensure they qualify for the available positions.
Contact candidates via email if unreachable telephonically and explain available position.
Verify candidates’ details telephonically such as employment history, dates, duties and reasons for leaving a company.
Update existing candidates’ information such as experience if needed.
Make sure that timeline is completed with all work experience and gaps in between from after matric.
Capture candidate applications (Personal info, educational history, work history, etc) on the system (Placement partner).
Contact candidates to request outstanding supporting documents and indemnity for the recruitment pack or to notify them about interview dates, starting dates, fingerprint taking dates, etc.
