Project Description:

AmpleLogic Electronic Pharmaceutical Document Management System (eDMS) is a computerized system solution for pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical device and healthcare industries designed to automate a business process that allows users to create, capture, organize, store, retrieve, manipulate, and control the flow of documents in the electronic format. Designed with a unique tracking system, aids in keeping the version controls on files that have been modified, re-modified and stored for future purposes. This electronic data consists of emails, adverse event reports, complaints, batch records, quality control records and many others which are stored electronically.

We designed and developed Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) to curb documentation issues such as improper documentation, obtaining signatures and deliberately avoid conflicts and loss of data. Role : Business Analyst & Manual Test Engineer

Responsibilities

Collecting the requirement and understanding the business of client and performing the feasibility study with internal team and preparing a report and sharing the same with the client and internal team.

Preparing the FRS Documents from the Shared URS and SOP’s

Developing the software (Master Data, Data Fields, Roles, Workflows and Menu’s) in a “Low Code Platform”.

Validating the solutions in Client’s environment by executing the Operating Qualification Protocol (OQ).

Conducting demo and training session for client.
