o Achieved $10 rate increase for Asta Care Center of Pontiac facility through an IOC in 1999, which led to an increase of $600,000 (15%) per annum.

o Applied for and attained new Medicare license for Asta Care Center of Pontiac, transitioning the building to accepting skilled patients, which led to 15-25% Medicare Part A census. o Maintained Asta Care Center of Elgin 90% occupied with stabilized expenses and a 20% Medicare Part A census, leading to $50,000 per month profit and a clean survey cycle. o As part owner of Asta Care Center of Paxton, increased growth of census from 40 to 66, out of a maximum capacity of 68.

o Raised $7,000,000 in bank and private financing to purchase Asta Care Center of Rockford facility when lease expired.
