• Served as acting office manager for department for two years (2017-2019) while senior managers trained off-site for the new DRIVES (Driver Record and Integrated Enterprise System) project system implementation; supervised 50 employees with two managers.

• Trained over 75 new employees on general title processing procedures in a six-month period: continued training during their employment.

• Kept employees and management informed by establishing a monitoring process to validate that employees were trained to perform assigned job duties that support the Division’s mission and vision.

• Assisted walk-in counter operation team to ensure operations were running smoothly; resolved internal and external customer complaints.

• Assisted Legislators in county tag offices (Clayton, Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Dougherty, Fayette, and Henry counties) by researching title information.

• Placed/removed administrative holds for the Department of Child Support Services, and the Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority.

• Resolved issues from the Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs, Department of Revenue Commissioner’s Office, MVD Director’s Office, and different state agencies.

• Assisted Office of Special Investigations on fraud cases (i.e. stolen vehicles and titles, etc.) by researching and reviewing legal documents.

• Resolved issues concerning ETR (electronic tag registration) and ELT (electronic lien titles); contacted ETR vendors/dealers to inquire on pending records in DRIVES.

• Verified and corrected title history on NMVTIS (National Motor Vehicle Title Information System) and Carfax.

• Maintain up-to-date records on job descriptions, manual procedures, performance plans, and internal operating procedures. MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION, INFORMATIONAL AND REFERRAL SPECIALIST II June 1995 – May 2001
