MY OBJECTIVE:

To Procure Full-Time Employment, serving as a police officer within any municipality, transit service/department, or a collegiate institution of higher learning, to begin Phase-II of my career in law enforcement. My extensive knowledge in the practices of police surveillance & tactical operations could definitively be utilized by any Major Private Security Company also, that is looking to hire a professional individual, with the distinguished caliber of training which I have acquired, serving the constituents of the city of Philadelphia in my 20+ years of service as a police officer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT:

20+ years of vast knowledge and thorough experience serving as a municipal law enforcement officer. My duties included, but were not limited to, routine patrol, community policing, narcotics enforcement, and special tactical operations targeting violent & high-crime areas throughout the County of Philadelphia. I was trained in the specialty fields of both narcotics and tactical operations of specific crimes & crimes patterns, and served for numerous years, as both a plainclothes narcotics officer, plainclothes tactical officer, and as unformed tactical officer, for the city & county of Philadelphia. I am a lingual translator (listed below), I have served as translator for various other state agencies, including the Sheriff’s office, and the federal bureau of Investigation, to include my accompaniment with the F.B.I. during transportation, extradition, and court testimony, of the captured felon, wanted for murder.

A.PHILADELPHIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

1)City of Philadelphia, 17th Police district, from 2000 to 2002:

Served both as District Patrol Officer and as a 5-Squad Operations Rooms Officer, for the Commanding Officer of the 17th Police District.

2) City of Philadelphia, 16th Police District, from 2003 to 2017:

Served as a District Patrol Officer for several Commanding Officers, as well as a Plainclothes

Narcotics Officer, I policed diligently in this capacity for over 14 years. I also was assigned as a task-force officer when necessary, being utilized in both plainclothes & full uniform, as needed to address & combat the current trending crime patterns, within specific demographic boundaries.

3) City of Philadelphia, 1st Police District, from 2018 to 2020:

Served as a District Patrol Officer, for the

commanding officer of the

1st, Police District. I was also detailed as Plain Clothes Officer on special assignment, for the Philadelphia Parking Authority, by the Inspector-Roc South Division, Philadelphia Police Department.

February 5, 2020 – last date of my service as a

Philadelphia Police Officer, scheduled date of retirement by my union.
