HeathCo, LLC-Quality Manager: Development and implementation of Total Quality Systems for import/distribution operation. Direct Warranty reductions through returns analysis with implementation of corrective action driven by engineering changes and manufacturing improvements. (2012 savings: $515k). Interface with customers (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) for quality issue resolution.

Director of Sourcing, Corporate, Holley Performance Products - Project Management: Analyzed divisions for consolidation opportunities. Planned and implemented transition of $15 million division to Mexico, full start-up achieved in 8 weeks. Coordinated Corporate Team in planning and implementing consolidation of $22 million facility.

Director of Operations, NOS - Directed the operations of a $19 million business unit, responsible for all P&L and annual operating budget. Implemented a materials management method utilizing Demand Based Scheduling. Established goals and provided support for 32 team members within the unit. Milestones: Improved delivery rates from 77% to 95%, reduced inventory from $2.9 million with >3 turns to $2.0 million with 7.6 turn, reduced back orders from $447k to $31k & improved profit margin from 41% to 47%.
