Implimentation of 5s and improve pokayoke.

Knowledge of Inward quality Inspection,In-process Quality Inspection,Final Quality Inspection,Pre-Dispatch sampling inspection .

To prepare daily basis Inward Inspection reports

To prepare SOP for for Inward Inspection and Maintain it. Responsible for OK and Diffective Inward materials given to production. Ensure Inprocess related line quality issue and take necessary action for materials segregation then OK materials given to next operation and deffective materials quarantine with red paint. Inform to suppliers for quality defect related by Mails,Calls and messenges and demanded skilled manpower for materials segregation.

Quality defect related inform to suppliers and demanded action plan with solution. To carrying out product Identification,traceability by propper handeling and storing of all kinds of materials in specific bins.

Products and process layout inspection as per plan. Basic knowledge of GD&T

To give the first piece and set up approval.

Handeling customer complaints according to situations. Analysis of quarantine area records and prepare reworks records. Prepare In-house rejection records.

Knowledge of PPM.

Prepare final stage all type rejection records.

Organize final Inspection as per plan.

To insure the packing plan as per customer requirements. Basic knowledge of 7QC tools.

Basic knowledge of 5 core tools: SPC MSA APQP FMEA PPAP EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD
