Duties & Responsibilities:

Assigning works to contractors and supervisor as per project schedule.

Overseeing all project activities both onsite and off-site and making sure they are completed as per schedule.

Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly schedule & progress report.

Preparation of sub- contractors and clients bills.

Maintained contact with clients from initial planning through project completion.

Working with clients, contractors, architects, local authorities and external agencies on various renovation and new building projects.
