Job Description,
Responsible for loss control and safety programs
Formulate and Develop HSE Policies relevant to scope of work. Review and Update when necessary Issue policies and directives covering health, safety and Environmental control programs.
Formulate and develop relevant HSE procedures and Program to ensure work is done in save manner and in line with regulations
Carry out Trainings for on site personnel’s
Provide professional guidance, assistance and training to all health safety and Environmental control issues as pertaining the company and as required on the project.
Represent the company on all matters of policy pertaining to health, safety and Environmental control before regulatory, industry or professional groups.
Develop and maintain records and data necessary to provide Upper management with program evaluation and to ensure compliance with all project-regulatory agency requirements.
Make an analysis of serious accidents and submit a report along with recommendations to management.
Make daily inspections of the work site to ensure safety rules and job procedure compliance.
Investigate unusual accidents or trends
Review all accident reports and assure that the necessary corrective actions have been applied without undue delay.
