CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review the JSA attached the permit to ensure the contents adapt the work condition.

Monitor the high-risk work in the process to prevent incident.

Prevent violation and unsafe action to comply with HSE regulations and rules.

Implementation of fire extinguishers.

Inspection of electrical panels, cords dead man switched and celebration certificate of machine.

Keep the site environment clean and tidy, promote the housekeeping on site.

Coordinate the area manpower to adjust the HSE work requirements.

Arrange construction teams in same work location to avoid the potential risks.

Daily walk around the site to know the basic condition of whole site.

Attend the constructor HSE walk through and close constructor inspection report after corrected it and eliminated risks.

Inspection of scaffolding, crane, man lift, rigging tools, welding machine, portable tools etc.

Coordinate the area manpower to adjust the HSE work requirements.

Arrange Constitution team in same work location to avoid the potential risks.
