Demonstrate consistent leadership as a Clinical Manager for Personal Care, and Memory Care Communities.

Create expectations and assignments for resident care, and ensure completion.

Leading clinical rounds, and implement appropriate interventions.

Leading rounds with Physicians, and other medical providers as needed.

Administer medications, oral and IM as assigned daily.

Completing treatments as ordered, routine tasks such as BP's, weights, and intake/output as necessary.

Coordinating with Pharmacy services regarding medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.

Complete admission and discharge assessments on all residents as necessary.

Conduct team meetings at daily report as needed.

Infection control, and safety rounding for cleanliness in resident areas, medication, linen storage, and central bathing areas.

Maintain effective communication with families for updates and changes in status.

Communicate resident needs and care levels to outside agencies as needed..

Monitor and complete wound care as ordered.

Train new employees, nurses and unit clerks.

Support resident physicians and other providers in the medical suite.

Conduct audits of the medication carts and resident records.

Abide by the organization’s code of conduct in the performance of their duties.

Perform other related duties, and provide support to other departments as needed.
