CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1)Over saw the realignment of the requalification dept. at BOC Gases. Reduced downtime by 43% and increased productivity 60%. Started with a dept. that was last in requalify gas cylinders to 1st in requalifying, out producing the number 2 plant by 30% completed this in 6 months.

2)Was Team leader on bottle line improvement team at Pepsi Bottling group. under my direction we oversaw the implementation of a new bottle capping system that reduced downtime by 22% and scrap by 31%

3) implements a 5S program to International Technidyne production area, reducing down time by 13% and scrap by 27%. Also set up a cross training program in the production plant that saw increases to all steps in production and batching by 20%.

4)Oversaw the reorganization of the VFT dept. At Veeco adding and moving staff, implementing cross training which has tripled the production output in just 9 months. VFT was on average producing a quarterly average of 3 million in revenue when I took over in September of 2018, we now produce an average of 9 million in revenue with a 4th quarter we produced over 12 million in revenue.
