Responsible for daily production & Quality Control

Scheduling daily production and deputing manpower for proper production flow.

Preparation of all line side documents like PQCS and Machine check sheets etc.

Having experience in Programming of new components on Turning, VMC, HMC (Fanuc, Siemens, Mistubhusi, ).

Developing New component (Aluminum, Casting and Forging )

Quality related issue solving .

Productivity improvement through combining tools, cut-time reduction, operation balancing .

Cost reduction project handling.

Monitoring of Overall Equipment Efficiency.

Procurement & Planning of Manufacturing Equipments for Aluminum machine shop (Export Line)

Controlling the Cost of Consumables (Direct/indirect) per components.

Carryout critical machine analysis to reduce bottleneck operation in process flow.

Responsible for Issue of CAPA.

Tool Life monitoring & reduce the tool cost per component.

Productivity Improvement Through Kaizen & Poke Yoke Implementation

Reduce the setting time by S.M.E.D.

Encourage the Sub-Ordinates to involve in 5S, QC, Suggestion & other improvements activities.
