Security Alarm Technician

Worked as an installation and repair technician for residential as well as some commercial property locations for security alarms. Installed inside customer's home, going over the layout of installation for each device. Completed work order and collected payment for each install. Worked on call one week out of every other month on top of working regular shift. Also, troubleshooting faulty systems and repairing was also required. Typical shift per day included 2-3 installs and 2 service calls. Collaborated with co- workers also in the field making sure each install or service call was completed by the end of the day. Instructed customer on use of new alarm system after install completed, showing each device location, proper use, testing system, and answer any questions.
