• Daily market visit to achieve the monthly target i.e. new deployment, active merchants, transactions, points purchased, Top-up and Bill Payment.

• Ensure that there is no complaint left unresolved in the area which can affect in terms of loss of target achievement.

• Push merchants to achieve their monthly targets for transactions.

• Visit bank and deposit the amount of the merchants for points purchased.

• Replacement of device, scanner, printers, cables and chargers.

• Provide complete training to the new merchant regarding usage of the device inventory update, profit report, bill payment, topup, point purchase and khata system etc.

• Handling of team to achieve the target in absence of Manager.

• In the absence of the manager follow the guidelines and instructions and also communicating it to the team to achieve the desired number.

• Collection of market visit report from the team members.

• Give complete training to the newly hired staff regarding our device software, market visit report and technicalities of the device.

• Provide on field training for new sales staff, complaint resolution training on existing merchants, provide training for submission of SoF form for the new deployment.
