JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of recruiting plans as per master project staffing plan. Identify personnel requirements, evaluate recruitment standards/ best practices, and coordinate job postings, interviews and candidate selections. As the lead recruiter also be responsible for overseeing the recruiting staff to include both full-time and contract employees.
