Application Data Access Management System (ADAMS) 2003 - 2004: ADAMS is an application designed to help ensure the security and integrity of Fannie Mae systems and data. ADAMS mitigates the risks of unauthorized use of Fannie Mae systems and ensures that each user has the necessary access rights to perform their job. Designed and contributed to the implementation of a suite of software modules built on Solaris, WebLogic, Java, and Sybase platform. This enterprise application provides business reporting, monitoring, and account management of all user and application IDs within Fannie Mae for auditing purposes mandated by the OFHEO. This application is web-based and is built on J2EE architecture.

Amortization Integration Modeling System (AIMS) 2002 - 2003: AIMS is a system that models the amortization of purchased premium and discount on all Mortgage Loans purchased and retained by Fannie Mae. In addition, it also models the buy-up and buy-down on guaranteed fees using various amortization methods such as level yield, contractual, and straight line. The outputs of AIMS are amortization factors that are then fed into an accounting system called the Purchase Discount Integration (PDI).
