This facility produced Premier Roto – Molded hunting blinds, and distributed country wide. We were a 24/6 plant that had 65+ employees. I managed all aspects of this facility including Safety, Training, Maint. and Compliance.

Supervised 70+ employees for the Food Grade Manufacture of Yogurt products. I supervised 24/7 on 12hr. on night shift. I was responsible for the successful operation from production to shipment of 6 different machines.

Coordinated all service requirements for 8 Different facilities across Texas, which included 1,500+ employees. Responsibilities included Building Maint.,

Employee Services and Regulatory Compliance.

Developed, Implemented, Monitored and Directed all aspects of Plant Operations, including Budget/P&L, Capital Projects, Maintenance, and Safety Training.
