This also entailed the administration of the ship’s annual training budget of $768,000 for a crew of 2,700 personnel.

Led a staff of 55 personnel supporting 2 high-risk courses of instruction (Naval Aircrew Candidate School and Aviation Rescue Swimmer) with an annual throughput of 1,950 students, and administered an annual budget of $175,000.

As the Maritime Command and Control Training Department Head, led a staff of 150 personnel in the execution and administration of 19 technical courses (C4I) of instruction with a combined annual throughput of 2,000 students. Administered an annual budget of $266,000 and maintained training equipment valued at $70,000,000.
