I graduated as a licensed practical nurse in May 2005. I have practiced this field and enjoyed every moment since that time. Prior to graduating nursing school and obtaining my degree I was a CNA for many years. I have had the opportunity to get experience and grow in many different areas within nursing. These include the hospital settings at which time I worked on OB, PEDS, NICU and many specialty areas within the hospital setting. I am currently in the school setting, and enjoy working as a school nurse. I also have school based health center experinece. I have truly enjoyed every aspect of my nursing career to date. My specialty and passion is children and adolescents, however I enjoy every dynamic of nursing in general. I had known from a young age that I wanted to become a nurse. I decided to obtain that goal and worked very hard to get where I am today and have never regretted one single moment. Nursing is truly my passion.
