Maintained all aspects of general ledger including month-end and year-end closing, accruals and analysis of general ledger accounts. Supervised four accounting clerks and oversee financial analysis, financial audits, A/R, A/P, inventory and fixed asset accounting in accordance with GAAP standards. Designed daily cashflow report summarizing inflows and outflows to 34 bank accounts resulting in big savings in cost of funds. Worked closely with Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company regarding their schedule audits. Prepared and analyzed monthly financial statements of 34 stores. Responsible for cash management and reconciliation of the loan account.
