Inquiry Management System (IMS)

The Inquiry Management System (IMS) is a custom application that modernizes the inquiry process by converting email inquiries the agency receives via email into a case managements system. It automates the workflows required for the agency to send a response to the inquirers.

Responsibilities:

Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure the alignment with the business needs

Responsible for testing of new functionalities and enhancements, smoke testing, regression testing, system end-to-end testing, functionality testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance testing (UAT)

Responsible to provide demo for each sprint demo sessions to the clients

Interact with the developers and business users to communicate the defects using Jira, actively participating in replicating the bugs

Testing of the Census data entry on mobile devices such as cell phone, tablets and validating the data flow to different systems

The goal of Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) is to reduce and control the growth of healthcare costs while maintaining and improving the quality-of-care patients receive (in terms of the clinical quality and patient experience and satisfaction). The ACA (Affordable Care Act) calls for the establishment of the Medicare Shared Savings program to support the development of ACO as well as authorizes the Innovation Center to test new payment and service delivery models that have the Potential to improve quality and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

QA Tester/Analyst working on the ACO-OS Data warehouse application

Work with the business analysts to understand the requirements and build test plans

Functional review meetings with the developers to understand the code changes for each Sprint
