The Inquiry Management System (IMS) is a custom application that modernizes the inquiry process by converting email inquiries the agency receives via email into a case managements system. It automates the workflows required for the agency to send a response to the inquirers.

Responsibilities:

Participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings to ensure the alignment with the business needs

Responsible for testing of new functionalities and enhancements, smoke testing, regression testing, system end-to-end testing, functionality testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance testing (UAT)

The ACA (Affordable Care Act) calls for the establishment of the Medicare Shared Savings program to support the development of ACO as well as authorizes the Innovation Center to test new payment and service delivery models that have the Potential to improve quality and reduce costs.
