Maintains and updates personnel records such as information on transfers and promotions employees leave taken and accumulated, salaries, superannuation and taxation qualifications and training

Capture the time and attendance information for the non scheduled persons salary payment and schedule persons wages payment

Print out the clocking reports from the time and attendance system

Check the signed and approved clocking reports against the information on the time and attendance, check differences with the manager and request a email to confirm the hours worked
