I collaborated with initiative leads, product teams, technical leads, architects, subject matter experts, developers, technical support groups, and test teams to deliver value to the business.

Working within an Agile environment, I played an active role in Iteration planning, Sprint Review, Lessons Learned, and addressing roadblocks.

I gathered business requirements and documented an approved set of requirements as Epics, Features, and user stories using the JIRA tool. These were made available to both technical and non-technical teams, facilitating enhancements and the scaling of existing and new products.
