• Liaise with QA/QC Manager and QC Inspection Engineers to set up Sharepoint Database.

• Liaise with the Project Team and ensure that Contractors are following the guidelines set out as per the Client ‘Qatar Gas’ Procedures and as of Delta Corporation.

• Liaise with QC Inspection Engineers to obtain approval of Project DDM from PE, including subsequent updates.

• Update the DDM based on the major changes in MDR during the project life cycle & re-issue for review to Project Team.

• Liaise with QC Inspection Engineers for any Documents that are not listed in DDM before distributing to the Project Team in Sharepoint.

• Attend meeting with Client ‘Qatar Gas’ Document Controller to detail Delta Corp. document control requirements.

• Participate in weekly project review meeting (when invited by QA/QC Manager / PE).

• Maintain an auditable record of all project documentation process, data in Sharepoint.
