Responsibities’;
Administrative Task:
•Act as a focal person for Student queries, reception, and swiftly responding to the queries in consultation with Snr. Mentor
•Managing official files for over 80 Students; ensuring Students official files are up to date for usage by Other School department and whenever required for audit.
•Assist Student in completing forms (education, Permission, and exit clearance) and other documents while ensuring accuracy and consistency of information.

•Ensuring that monthly partner’s financial reports are consolidated and reported to Donors on agreed deadlines.
•Ensuring proper budget monitoring tools are updated on a monthly basis and support the periodical budget reviews for efficient and effective utilization of funds for both CH and its Partners.
•Ensuring information management for the grant, coordination, capacity building, follow up in assessing partner’s needs, and grant tools
•Support on reviewing accounting transactions and ensure proper coding and ensure that they are accurately entered in to CH Accounting software
•Review the filling system of the supporting documentation for all functions of the organization and its partners in preparedness to any audit.
•Expenditure reviewing and monitoring for the consortium and follow up of partnership agreement for deadline and deliverables.
