I am currently semi-retired looking for a full/part time position. I have been a licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant from April, 2001 through December 2013. I have held the job as Administrative Assistant since 1991. I have used computers, iPads, photo copiers, scanners, fax machines, adding machines, postage machines, postage weight machines, large printers and desk printers. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Explorer. Excel, Prep Software, Quickbooks, Realtor.com, MLS Software.

Front Desk Assistant, meeting all Clients coming in to our Offices. Some may have an appointment and others may not. They could reschedule another time or wait until a Realtor could see them if they were going to have time shortly. I prepared documents for Listing of Houses and documents for Purchases of Houses. I would answer the phone scheduling appointments for the Realtors I worked for. I would figure ou the commissioner’s for each Realtor and have their Commission Checks ready when the property was closed and the closing Company had the checks they needed to pay off all loans against the house. I used all office machines and kept the office running. Every Realtor had his paperwork Laing on his desk in a file when it was time to close. I would make all the deposits and do all the book work, including paying all office bills, payroll, commission checks, balancing monthly checking & saving accounts. (I am currently retired) I Worked as an Assistant typing New Listings and Purchase Agreement folders for each address listed or sold. Also sent in ads for the newspaper, worked with Clients after they had listed or purchased a property with us. Showed houses, Open houses, prepared paperwork for closings, picked up commission checks, deposits, paid bills, payroll, quarterly payroll for taxes, and other basic office work. I was the first person that people would see when they entered our office. I would ask them how I could help them and I had to see if the a realtor on Duty was busy. If he was I would go get the Broker to come up front. We would talk for awhile and he would go on to an appointment he had already had scheduled. He told them that I would be able to get their information and get it to him as soon as possible. I would get their name and address, telephone number, they would tell me of homes they wanted to see. I would ask them what time and day would work for them, and then I would get times setup.i would always look for homes in the same houses in the same area, in the same price. They were so appreciative. I want all our clients to be happy with what we have done for them. I want them to come back, or refer another Customer to us. I love working with new people. I take them out for lunch if our time goes over, then we start after lunch looking at more house. They are usually sending a thank you note with a gift card from Apple Bees. It means a lot to me how I look when I leave before work each day. And I don't want to lose a client. I am good with Customer Service. And that is how I plan to keep it! Education

June 1995

The Store Managers of Country General, Buyers for the Company, Employees of the Company each would vote each year on an Employee they felt helped the company proceed in helping the stores, warehouse and office for the year. In 1995, I was picked for that award. An honor, we had 132 stores throughout Nebraska, Colorado, and 12 in California. Country General was sold. I miss that store so much.

I took 60 credit hours to take the Real Estate test for a Real Estate License. I also took the 4 day weekend class at Larabee School of Real Estate in Lincoln, NE before I took the test. Additional Information

I am semi-retired. Looking for a part/full time job as a Receptionist, Secretary, Administrative Assistant. I am a multi task person. I like to help others if they need help. I like staying busy. I like contributing to a good work environment. Looking forward to a new challenge.
