• Full cycle recruiting for both contract/direct hire engineering positions in the aerospace, aviation, automotive, and manufacturing industries to ensure all three parties are mutually satisfied.

• Worked with industry leading companies like Boeing, Rexnord Aerospace, Sensata Technologies, Honda Performance Development, AeroVironment, and Precision Castparts Corporation to supply employees with a DOD security clearance up to Top Secret ranging from production, engineering, IT, operations, and management.

• Produced up to $100,000 weekly gross sales with an average of 3-5 placements per week. Annual total average of $2-$4 million in gross sales and awarded Top Producer of the company for 14 consecutive years.
