employment discrimination case in federal court, single- handedly.

immunity, as well as other 1st, 4th, and 6th, and 14th Amendment cases which were overwhelmingly successful.

• Maintained large labor and employment practice representing both employers as well as employees and independent contractors. Advised employers on human resource policies, hiring, and conducted employee and contractor terminations.

• Negotiated and drafted commercial leasing documents as well as single- and multi-family residential and heavy construction sales and leasing documents, from term sheets through final financing.

• Advised clients on financing options for real property development and construction financing and helped them obtain most advantageous financing and venture capital for mergers and acquisitions.
