OBJECTIVE

In my next role, I aim to positively impact the organization with my communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. I am highly motivated and eager to continue my learning and development journey. EXPERIENCE

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Patient Access Services Representative (ED/Trauma) April 15, 2022 - August 2022

My role as a Service Representative was crucial in ensuring a well-organized and efficient flow of patients through the emergency room, contributing to the delivery of timely and quality care in critical situations. I was responsible for interacting with patients and their families with empathy and compassion, addressing their concerns, and providing necessary information about the intake process and estimated wait times. I often assisted with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining excellent bedside care. DebtWave Credit Counseling Credit Counselor/Customer Service Representative March 2021 - January 2022

While working at DebtWave, I had been entrusted with the responsibility of working from home and scheduling my own tasks each day. These tasks included; promptly responding to client emails, answering incoming calls, running extensive credit checks, and organizing my clients’ finances. Overall, the role of a Credit Counselor involves helping individuals regain control of their financial situation, guiding them towards debt relief, and promoting financial empowerment through education and support. I had to learn to understand the stress and challenges clients may face while dealing with debt, providing emotional support, and motivating them to stay on track. I was also responsible for accurately documenting client interactions, progress, and outcomes, and generating reports for management and regulatory purposes.

Nan McKay Customer Service Representative/Inspections Scheduler July 2019 - March 2021

Nan McKay is a third-party contractor that handles the business/customer service side of Section 8 Housing Programs. The clients that I had worked with were in critical housing situations. Many of the issues that my clients were dealing with required me to be patient, understanding and thorough. My main job at this company, originally, was to assist clients on Section 8 with payment issues, and any other concerns. Eventually, I was promoted to an Inspections Scheduler and Customer Service Lead. My daily tasks included handling a high volume of approximately 300 calls daily, responding to inquiries via email, and providing guidance to inspectors across the country. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, the ability to handle high-pressure situations, and a keen eye for detail. It plays a vital role in ensuring efficient oversight and coordination of inspection activities nationwide, while maintaining compliance with strict deadlines and quality standards. I was taught good problem-solving skills by handling any challenges or unexpected situations that may arise during inspections or with general housing inquiries from clients.

I had been granted two promotions, while working at NanMcKay. This was a testament to my hard word, dedication and prioritization.

Love’s Learning Loft Assistant Toddler & Preschool Teacher June 2018 - December 2018

Working with children has always been a strong passion of mine. This job allowed me to share that passion with others, improve communication skills, increase my patience, and help to create a better environment for the children. Being a teacher also taught me discipline and the importance of punctuality, consistency and responsibility. Without the proper leadership and discipline of a classroom, kids can struggle developmentally, mentally, and emotionally.

I taught my toddlers basic sign language, as most of them were just learning how to talk. With my preschoolers, I found that social understanding, name recognition, cognitive development and physical activity were most important to teach. I taught these skills by creating thorough lesson plans and ensuring a good line of communication between parents and the other teachers. Each child is unique, so I adapted my approach to suit their individual needs and learning style. I learned to stay patient and supportive throughout their learning journey.

Mark Rajko Nanny

November 2016 – December 2017

As a nanny, I often cleaned the house, cooked and completed other basic household chores. I was also responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promoted their development and education. This included arranging playdates and social gatherings to help the child develop social skills 2

and build friendships. While working for this family, I had maintained open and positive communication with both the child and parent to meet their needs. This opportunity provided me with skills in multi-tasking and organization, as I was working an average of 45-50 hours per week, while attending both Mentor High School and Lakeland Community College. TjMaxx Sales Associate

February 2015 – November 2016

My main responsibility while working at TjMaxx was to ensure customer satisfaction. During my time as a sales associate at this company, I had earned the task of being a key-holder. A key-holder is a sales associate with enough responsibility and trustworthiness to work at the jewelry counter, as well as the cash office. Since this was my first job, I had learned the importance of time management and punctuality.

EDUCATION

Mentor High School- Graduated with an Honors Diploma Lakeland Community College- Attended for two years, while in high school. Within a few credits of an Associates of Science and Nursing Degree, I achieved a 3.6 GPA. Cleveland State University- Attended for two semesters, for a degree in Early-Childhood Education. NHA- National City Phlebotomy Program- 2019

AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

While attending both Mentor High School and Lakeland Community College, I was also a part of the Sparkles Cheerleading Team at Mentor High School. This team allows children of different age groups to come together as a team. It is a great program for children with disabilities, as it allows those children to release positive energy, while testing their communication skills with their peers.

I was also the Mentor High School mascot for my last two years of high school. This was a very fun experience because it was an interesting way to be myself, while boosting morale.

As another way to share my positive, outgoing energy- I had completed over 300 hours of community service, by the end of my four years in high school. I had volunteered at many elementary schools for different events, different offices, and teachers.

During my time between Mentor High School and Cleveland State University, I volunteered at The Cleveland Clinic. I helped the nurses and doctors as much as I could in their many daily tasks, such as: charting, messages, communication between other staff. 3

In addition to being a Nanny, I had also babysat for 7 families, including Mentor High School Assistant Superintendent, Mr. Fetchik.
