Jan 2020 – current – SYSLEAD, LLC (sub-contracting for Citrix Systems) A Primary Consultant: Designed, Deployed and UAT Pilot Supported for the following Organizations’ projects: Blue Shield of California (BSCA) – Upgraded NetScaler 12.x firmware to 13.x. Upgraded all session policies within 8 Citrix Gateways to advanced. Upgraded and configured new authentication policies to advanced Azure AD SAML. Assisted MSCA on leveraging Azure AD SAML as IdP for all Test and Production Gateways (Total 11 Gateways). MiltonCAT – Designed and deployed Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2203 LTSR CU1. Configured ADC – Citrix gateway, Azure AD as an IdP. FAS for both for Workspace and On Prem StoreFronts. Continued managing and running the new on- prem CVAD 2203 LTSR CU1 environment in the short term and began to design the new Citrix Cloud platform, and a high-level migration strategy. Migrated and leveraged two production PVS vdisks into the new parallel CVAD 2203 LTSR CU1 site. Executed a Citrix Cloud design phase. FlexTrade – Reviewed the two forests, Multiple Resource Locations, multiple Storefront stores serve users from diverse functions, roles, and needs. Discovered FlexTrade two Control planes CVADS, and VMware hosted, On-Prem CVAD 1912. Conducted failover test via Local host cache (LHC). Tested a failover - ensured and validated that the native Delivery Controller monitoring (on the load balanced VIP) works correctly on Cloud Connector as well. Bridgestone - Designed for the migration of Bridgestone's CVAD 1912 control plane, including Workspace Environment Manager infrastructure (WEM), in the AKR DC to Citrix Cloud while preserving the Citrix users' current ability to access their existing Citrix resources, in addition to the workloads in the XenApp 6.5 farm. Azure AD as SAML IdP, MFA. Deployed FAS. 15,000+ Citrix users. Implemented FSLogix Profiles management. Kept On Prem NetScaler for certain locations access points via Citrix Gateway and On Prem Storefronts. Methodist Health – Conducted in place upgrade CVAD 1912 LTSR (License server, StoreFronts, Director, Citrix Provisioning, Delivery Controllers, Studio) to CVAD 2203 LTSR. Parkdean (UK) – Designed and implemented Hybrid CVAD 1912 LTSR and Citrix Cloud. Deployed and configured ADC 13.x, Citrix Gateway, Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, SSL certificates, Azure AD as SAML IdP for both Citrix Gateway and Workspace, FAS, FSLogix, SSL Certificates, Cloud Connectors. 1,000 users. Portland General Electric - Designed, deployed, and validated Citrix Cloud DaaS. St Mary Hospital (SMHA) - Designed, deployed, and validated CVAD 2203 LTSR. ADC 13.x, StoreFronts, Delivery Controllers, Director, Studio, License server, SQL databases, Azure AD as SAML IdP, FAS, SSL certificates, VMware ESXi hypervisor at 2 resource locations. About 500 Citrix users. UMC Groningen (UMCG – Holland) - Designed, deployed, and validated Hybrid CVAD 2203 LTSR (Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Director, Studio, PVS, Delivery Controllers) and Citrix Cloud DaaS. Cloud Connectors, Gateway Service, Cloud Workspace, VMware hypervisor and Azure at resource locations, Azure AD as an IdP, SSL certificates, FAS, FSLogix. Assisted customers on Azure VNets and subnets sizing, peering, etc. 1200 Citrix users. Quikrete – Designed, and deployed Hybrid CVAD 2203 LTSR (Citrix ADC 13.x and Citrix Storefront as access points) and Citrix DaaS as control plane. VMware hypervisor at datacenter (resource location). Azure AD as SAML IdP (both via Citrix Gateway and Workspace), FAS, Cloud Connectors, SSL certificates. About 200 Citrix users. Barlow Respiratory Hospital (BRH) – Modernized the BRH Citrix environment to Citrix DaaS. Assessed & Designed for One resource location. Provided BRH with a Citrix DaaS Design. SSL certificates, DUO as SAML IdP and enable SSO. Leveraged FSLogix. Hyper-V as hypervisors. Assisted BRH on Functional testing, Support, and Advisory. Provided knowledge transfer. 50 users.

BaySide (Jack Henry) -Designed, deployed, and validated the Citrix Cloud (DaaS) to Active and DR Resource locations. Migrated JHA’s on-premises deployment of XenDesktops 7.6 to DaaS. Planned to phase and validated the transition of Workloads. Assisted on Site Migration strategy (like to like replication strategy). Conducted DR Site Failover for Citrix Components successfully. 750 Citrix users.

Callaway Golf – designed, and implemented CVADS (DaaS) control plane, and Hybrid On Prem Access Layer. 2 resource locations -On Prem datacenter and Azure. Configured Storefront and ADC On prem, with Workspace and Gateway Service as cloud services. ADC-Citrix Gateway is leveraged for external access. Implemented FSLogix Profile, Citrix Policies, GPOs, FAS, MCS for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019. Assisted Callaway Golf on optimizing their 3D graphics GPU intensive applications.

MasterCard - Assisted other lead consultant on the AWS design for the Citrix segment. Provided recommendation for a leading practice on AWS networking and configuration (including VPC, subnets sizing, Firewall rules, availability zones, Internet Gateway, etc.) for Citrix CVADS and AWS as Resource location. PayPal – Provided recommendation for leading practice on centralized Citrix Image management. Provided the strategy for Citrix VDA Master Image versioning via Azure Compute Gallery and image replication to other Azure Regions. 5 Azure regions. Provided PayPal with admin run book for such approach. Valvoline – Designed AWS Networking for Citrix and migrated the On-Prem Citrix control plane to CVADS with Hybrid Access Layer On-Prem (AWS). New Resource Location in AWS. ADC (Citrix Gateway) and StoreFront were built and configured in AWS. AWS-FSx is leveraged for Users Profile and Folder redirection. Citrix Gateway is used for backup access layer should Cloud workspace becomes inaccessible. DUO is used for MFA – configured in Workspace and Citrix Gateway. FAS implemented to enable SSO between DUO and AD in AWS. Knowledge transferred and assisted on AD/OU structures, and GPOs for the implementation. 300 Citrix users. Parkdean Resorts (UK) – Migrated legacy XenApp 6.5 to CVADS as the control plane, with hybrid On Prem Access layer

(StoreFront and Citrix Gateway). Hyper-V resource location. Configured Citrix Gateway for nfactor advanced authentication where Azure AD as SAML IdP. Enabled FAS for Workspace and StoreFront access. Configured for Azure AD MFA for external access via Workspace and Citrix Gateway. Internal users and thin clients accessing via Storefront load balancer VIP. Configured, and Knowledge transferred to Parkdean’s IT admins on WEM, FSLogix Profile + Outlook

(ODFC) containers, FSLogix Apps Masking, FAS for SSO., MCS for Windows Server 2019 as shared hosted Desktops FlexCast model.

NeoGenomics – Recommended and built a Citrix Cloud DaaS environment with Resource location in Azure. Performed a migration of 86 VDI desktops on VMware into Azure utilizing the Azure Migrate tool. IQUW – Assisted in FSLogix profiles, Office Containers, and FSLogix application masking. Other lead consultant designed and implemented the greenfield deployment of Citrix Cloud – Azure implementation. Eye Care Professional (ECP) – Provided ECP a deliverable- the low-level architecture, and configuration details on the ECP’s current Citrix Infrastructure. Dentsu (UK) – Designed and implemented four global Azure regions (Hub and Spokes topology - Resource Locations) span EMEA, APAC, North America (NA), and Australia-New Zealand (ANZ). Migrated Win 2012 and Win2008R2 VDAs (on Prem) to Azure. New built Windows Server 2019. Citrix Cloud Workspace, Gateway Service, Azure Networking, FSLogix, Cloud WEM, Configured OKTA as IdP (with MFA), Implemented FAS. 700 Citrix users. JCPS (Jefferson County Public School, KY) – Designed and implemented Citrix GPU enabled resources onto Hybrid On Prem and Citrix Cloud with Azure East US2 Resource Location. Deployed On Prem StoreFronts, Configured Citrix Workspace, Cloud Connectors, Gateway Service, SSL certs, Azure AD, Azure Files, FSLogix, Azure AD MFA and FAS implementation. 1500 Citrix users.

EXELON – Migrated Citrix On Prem VDAs to WVD in Azure. Shared control plane between Citrix and WVD. Assisting on strategic transitioning from Citrix to WVD provisioning plane. Designed automation/scripting, logic for WVD, Citrix, ServiceNow and HP-OO integration and flow.

McCain (Swarco) – Architected, designed, and implemented additional Azure Resource Location in West US2. Citrix Cloud control plane. Migrated ERP applications suite to Azure. FSLogix users’ profiles and Office ODFC containers, FSLogix Apps Masking, One Drive setup, migrated OKTA to Azure AD as IdP. Configured Azure AD MFA. COOK Medical – Designed an Azure-Citrix Cloud infrastructure for COOK’s global Citrix Cloud deployment includes North America, EMEA and APAC regions. Matrix Services: Enabled, configured, supported NVIDIA GRID Tesla for Engineering 3D (graphic intensive) application on Citrix Virtual Apps, on-premises -VMware.

BITCO: Citrix infrastructure upgrade deployment:
