Multimedia creation is an art, no matter the field, and I am ready to fully devote myself to the craft. I am a devoted worker who strives to create at the highest level. Whether it’s creative writing, graphic design, editing written works, or cinematography, you name it, and I have done it. Upon graduation in 2020, I found myself struggling to find a career path due to Covid-19. After some consideration, I began working in retail and hospitality as a way to pay the bills while I pursued my passions on the side. But now, as the leaves begin to change and the new year rapidly approaches, I am devoting myself to finding a career doing what I love.

I have loved writing since a young age, and that love has seamlessly spread to many different mediums. In college, I found great success reporting on sports, finding a story and following it, then creating a gripping written piece. I also developed a passion for editing other people's written works, fixing errors, and giving tips on how to make a piece more engaging. After my time in university, I found myself with distinctions, awards, and experience in a field I loved. I am more than ready to use these strengths in my career. Film has always been an obsession, but it wasn’t until university that I developed a love for screenwriting. Now I am proud to say I have over fifteen finished feature-length screenplays under my belt, as well as a variety of shorts, pilots, and series’. I have directing experience, have spent time in the editing bay, and have even worked in sound and lighting on sets. Adding me to a film crew would be adding a skilled hand. Graphic design has been a personal endeavor for me that I find both gratifying and enjoyable. I have created my own brand, created logos and cover art for my band, and shaped many pieces via Photoshop that I proudly display online. In my last position, I turned this personal passion into a professional one when I took on the task of multimedia creation for a major hotel in downtown Asheville. Above, I have listed things I have done in the past, but the point of this cover letter is to express what I want for the future. I am ready to give my all in a career that I am passionate about, and I hope that whoever reads this is willing to give me a chance.
